RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cervicalux, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You have the right to request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Personal use items for hygiene reasons (if applicable)


3. Return Process

Include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  • Contact your bank

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.
